Can I use my fandango gift card on your website or at your location?

RJ Cinema tickets may be purchased through Fandango, but if you have a Fandango gift card, you'll need to purchase tickets at Fandango.com using your gift card, then present those purchased tickets to us at the cinema.

Is there service in the theater seats?

All of our service at RJ Cinema Distillery & Taproom is "counter service" style.  To order food or beverages, simply go to the concession stand or our taproom bar and place your order.  In the case of food orders, we'll give you an 'alert disk' that will notify you when your food is ready to be picked up at the kitchen pick-up window.  You are welcome to take ordered food and drink into the theater before or during your movie, or enjoy it before or after your movie in the taproom.

Do you have gluten free menu items?

Yes, you'll find any gluten free options marked as such on our menu.

Do you have vegetarian menu items?

Yes, you'll find any vegetarian options marked as such on our menu.

Are kids allowed to attend this theater?

RJ Cinema is a family-friendly facility, kids are always welcome in our taproom or in our theaters!  

Do you have reclining seats?

While our seats able to rock back, they are not the typical "recliners" that you'll find at more expensive theaters.

Are service animals allowed?

Service animals are allowed in our theater as long as they do not present a distraction to our other guests.  If they require additional space in the theater, you will be required to purchase an additional seat for the service animal.  Any guest (or service animal) that becomes distracting to other guests in the theater may be asked to leave without refund.

How can I get a refund of my ticket purchase?

If you have purchased tickets for a future show and cannot attend, you can either move your purchased tickets to another date/time, or get a refund on the ticket portion (online service fees are non-refundable).  


To get a refund of the tickets, please bring the physical credit card you used into the theater and we can process a refund.  If you are not able to come in person, call us during normal business hours and give us your 16 digit credit card information, along with expiration date, and we can process the refund over the phone in advance of the showing.

To move your purchased tickets to a different date/time/movie, please provide us your ticket confirmation number along with the desired showtime you want to switch to.  If there will be additional charges for the tickets, or a refund, it's best to do this in person at the theater.
